Benefits Program Update 

Wellbeing with focus is now live through Sharecare.

  • Our new wellness program Sharecare (replacing BeWell4Life) is now live! Please see HR for further information on how to get registered and start earning points for your 2023 insurance credits.

 

Referral Bonus Program

Adient Team Members that refer someone will receive a referral bonus of $1,000 on day #60 of the referees employment with Adient. If the new Team Member completes 6 months with Adient another $500 bonus will be paid out. That is a total of $1500 for simply referring great people to Adient!

 

Sign-on Bonus Program

Temporary associates that get converted to Adient Team Members will now receive a one-time sign on bonus on their Adient date of hire. When hired onto 3rd shift, the Adient Team Member will receive $1,000. All 2022 direct hires will be eligible for this bonus on day #60 of employment with Adient. 

 

Do you know anyone looking for a full time position? Guess, what? We are hiring and looking to fill Production Technicians positions for 3rd shift. Referral bonuses will be earned on their 60th day of employment with Adient and another payment after 6 months of employment with our team.   • Continuous Improvement Program “CIP”  will now be paid out two times per year . We anticipate the payouts to occur annually in May and November. CIP information is available in Plant Wide News & Information below.
    • Q1 & Q2 payouts for FY22 will be scheduled for mid May of 2022. Be sure to check MTV for monthly updates on CIP bonus amounts earned.

 

We are aware that many of our employees are experiencing increased stress and anxiety during this challenging time.  As a result, together with WebMD, we have launched the Stress Specialist campaign as part of the BeWell4Life program. 

What you need to know:

  • Engaging with a coach is free and confidential to our employees.
  • WebMD offers personalized coaching to assist in managing stress, they do not provide counseling services.
  • Every Stress Specialist has a master’s degree in mental health, holds at least two counseling certifications and is a Certified Telemental Health Provider.
  • Although coaches will not provide mental health services, they can assess wellness.  Employees will be referred to MD Live or Lifeworks EAP when further services are recommended.
  • Stress Specialist coaches have always been part of the BeWell4Life program, however, the service is underutilized.  Employees are encouraged to take advantage of this benefit.
